Clients approve a beautiful 3D render and four weeks later walk onto the finished stand. In between is the part few people see â€" the workshop floor.
Week 1: from render to reality
The design team converts the render into technical drawings with exact measurements, material schedules and construction logic. Every wall gets a build order; every LED panel gets a power plan.
## Week 2-3: fabrication
Carpentry cuts and assembles the structure. Paint and laminate give it the brand finish. Metalwork frames the double decks and suspended features. Meanwhile, electrics are pre-wired into each wall section before they are closed â€" retro-fitting wiring into a finished wall is how deadlines die.
> A stand is built twice: once in the workshop, once again on the show floor. Good builders make the second build boring.
## Pre-build: the full rehearsal
Before anything leaves the workshop, the entire stand is assembled and inspected â€" walls, decks, screens, lighting. Clients are invited to walk it. Changes discovered here cost hours; discovered on build-up night they cost the show.
